The LDF-100W Series is a purpose-built medium-capacity medical waste incinerator with an integrated wet scrubbing system. Designed for healthcare institutions operating under stringent or evolving environmental regulations, it delivers guaranteed compliance by combining reliable waste destruction with advanced flue gas purification.

Three-Stage Wet Scrubbing for Assured Emission Control
This unit’s defining feature is its built-in, three-stage wet scrubbing train. Following complete combustion, flue gas is actively treated through a sequential process: a Venturi spray system for initial cooling and particulate capture, a Pall ring packed tower for efficient gas absorption and neutralization, and a cyclone separator for final mist elimination. This integrated process ensures emissions consistently meet rigorous national and international standards.

Engineered for Performance and Operational Integrity

  • Reliable Combustion Core: Features a 1.2 m³ gasification chamber and a 0.6 m³ secondary combustion chamber, ensuring a flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds for the complete destruction of pathogens and complex compounds.

  • Stable System Operation: A dedicated 3.0 kW induced draft fan maintains constant negative pressure within the system, ensuring safety, preventing odor leakage, and driving gases through the scrubbing stages. The 2.2 kW circulating water pump provides consistent flow for the scrubbing process.
